Knothole Baseball umpires are crucial for our season however, it comes with your fair share of responsibility.  If you want to become and umpire you will need to meet the following criteria:

1. Have an overall understanding of the game. 
2. Be willing to make calls based on your knowledge and stick with them.
3. Be able to control the overall game flow
4. Be able to deal with tense situations and keep a professional manner.
5. Umpires are required to be age 12 and up and attend a certified umpires course per East Region Knothole Baseball.

We offer compensation for your service and all equipment will be provided.
$50.00 (Plate Umpire) & $30.00 (Field Umpire)

Umpires will be chosen on a first come first serve basis.
